If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please call 0151 955 6786.

For your protection Smart Storage Ltd recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Please note the following:

1. The returned item must be unused and neatly packaged on return to us. 
2. All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability. 
3. We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the any item received. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.

Smart Storage Ltd reserve the right to refuse any orders that it deems suspicious and that may lead to Credit Card fraud.
