The DHL UK Economy service offered via Parcel2Go is a convenient and cost effective shipping methods that many individuals and businesses choose when sending a parcel using DHL. With secure handling and transparent online tracking we can be assured that the UK Economy service is perfect for reliable and cost effective parcel delivery to you. 

Deliveries via DHL UK Economy are not day definite however DHL’s record shows that 90% of deliveries happen the next working day with all parcels being delivered within a period of 1 to 3 days.

Prices for the DHL UK Economy service enable smartstorageboxes the ability to offer a low fixed rate delivery charge of £6.99 per order.  The service even comes with free £50.00 compensation cover for lost or damaged parcels as added insurance your parcel is in good hands. 

• Parcel delivery within 1-3 working days throughout most of UK’s mainland.

• We deliver to UK addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

• We offer a three day delivery service on all orders received between 9am and 1pm Monday to Friday at a fixed cost of £6.99 per order.

• Deliveries are between 8.00am to 6.00pm on weekdays.

• Please note we do not deliver on weekends.

• Special delivery instructions can be given with the order, for example to deliver to a neighbour.

• If either a) no-one is available to receive the delivery , or b) your special delivery instructions cannot be fulfilled, then the driver will use his/her integrity to leave the parcel in the most appropriate place with a card posted through the door of the delivery address. At this stage we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of any unsigned product.
